MENtor Program
Merrick House offers a “MENtor” program designed to bring more male involvement into the lives of our children. Research shows that male involvement in young children’s lives helps promote higher achievement as they grow, and lessening the likelihood of having behavioral, social, and/or emotional issues. We need male volunteers to participate at least once a month in activities such as reading books, mini-lessons, field trip chaperones, and other activities. GUYS, YOUR PARTICIPATION MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE. We strongly encourage you to get involved.
